Programmes within the HSC include VCT, HIV wellness, adult and paediatric ARV treatment, PMTCT and HIV-associated TB.

Eula Mothibi   Eula helped spearhead the formation of Kheth’Impilo after serving as Clinical Director for ARK South Africa from October 2006 until June 2009. Prior to 2006 she worked at GFJooste Hospital as a specialist physician and coordinated the first public private HIV treatment clinic funded by the Western Cape Department of Health and the Nelson Mandela foundation.

She also worked in the Northern Cape and was instrumental in the setting up of the provincial HIV roll out programme, before coming back to the Western Cape to work as a senior technical specialist in the HIV and TB directorate at the Provincial Department of Health. Eula is also an experienced physician and HIV clinician with a strong inclination towards community medicine. She completed her specialist training in Internal Medicine at the University of Cape Town.
