Most at Risk Populations (MARPS)
MARPS is the expanded testing programme of Department of Health focusing on the most at risk population groups. The programme will be implemented by Kheth’Impilo supporting Government to roll-out and reach otherwise marginalised communities that have previously not had access to testing, care and treatment.
The MARPS group covers a broad sub-category of people such as:
- Men who have sex with men (MSM)
- Commercial Sex workers (CSW)
- Men on the move (MOM)
- Migrant workers
- Woman age 15 – 39
- Rural workers
