Prevention of Parent to child transmission PPTCT (PMTCT)
The programme employs Nurse quality mentors to mentor primary health care staff ensuring improvement in basic antenatal care (BANC ), expanded programme on immunization (EPI) and integrated management of childhood illnesses (IMCI) ensuring strengthened health systems and improved monitoring and evaluation that reduce child mortality.
