Kheth’Impilo IT currently supports approximately 180 networked users. The IT department strives to maintain above 97% uptime of National Office network & applications. IT has also implemented critical security upgrades to both infrastructure and end-user devices to address the increase in Cyber-threats. Aside from the daily support offered to Kheth’Impilo end-users, the IT support portfolio includes support to Health Facility applications such as Tier.NET & iDART (Pharmacy dispensing tool). There is continued focus on evolving the IT infrastructure, hence the implementation of a project driven “IT Road Map” to achieve this evolution to ensure relevance and efficiency.
